A year of adpi! We are so ready for 2025!

As we enter the new year, we reflect and remember all of the wonderful experiences 2024 brought to us. We traveled with our sisters, attended numerous social and philanthropic events together, welcomed a new group of sisters to our chapter, and celebrated incredible milestones. We can not wait to do it all over again in 2025!

Summer vacay

This summer, AC '23 members Caroline Scott, Harper Jones, and Abbie Elliott traveled together to Hopetown, Bahamas. Abbie Elliott said, " I had the absolute best time bringing my best friends to my family home in the Bahamas!" This was a trip they will remember forever!

spring break

Each Spring Break, it is tradition to travel to various destinations with our sisters. This year, we traveled to Gulf Shores, Alabama, Punta Cana, and Key West. This was such a great time spent with one another in different locations. We are already so excited for our upcoming Spring Break together!

social events

In 2024, we had numerous social events together along with other sororities/fraternities. These events are always so much fun to spend time with one another, as well as with members of other chapters. We had our annual events such as Mallard, Semi-formal, Formal, Parents Cocktail, and Senior Band. We also had multiple unique events such as ADPIsland, Greek Gala, Woodstock, and Mardi Gras. We can not wait to make more memories at social functions in 2025!

philanthropy

One of our favorite parts of 2024, was all of the incredible work we were able to do in support of the Ronald McDonald House. We hosted our annual Boot Scootin' BBQ where proceeds and donations went to RMH. We also got to spend much time volunteering at local organizations in and around Columbia. We are so grateful for all of the opportunities given this year and are so excited to continue these efforts!

bid day

This previous August we were thrilled to welcome 173 new members to our chapter! This process was so fun and so rewarding to see each of those new members already thriving in our chapter. Our bid day theme "Nothing could be finer than to be an Adpi at South Carolina" could not be any more true! We are counting down the days until Bid Day 2025 and can not wait to welcome a new Alpha Class.

campus involvement

This year, we were so blessed to be able to represent our chapter in multiple ways. We were heavily involved in other organizations, sports teams, and groups for our University. Through these positions, we were able to experience so many amazing moments at USC. One of our favorites was our Women's Basketball Team winning the National Championship. It was so amazing to have a few of our sisters there cheering them on while also representing ADPi.

our milestones

Throughout 2024, our chapter celebrated many milestones accomplished by our sisters. Those milestones included internship opportunities , acceptances into graduate programs, elected positions within our chapter, graduation, and many more! These tremendous milestones would not have been capable without the love and support from each of our sisters. We are so thankful to have one another during these rewarding times.

This is just a small glimpse of all that our chapter has accomplished this past year! We are unbelievably thankful for all of the memories shared and we are eager to make more together this year. Looking forward into 2025, we can not wait to better ourselves, our chapter, and all of those around us. We are so blessed each year for the loving sisterhood that ADPi stands for and continues to bring each of us. Cheers to 2025 with our sisters!!
