Despite having been completely closed for roughly a year beginning in March 2020, RMHC is once again open to families and carrying out their mission as generously as ever. Although we are presently unable to prepare weekly dinners for the families or host Make-and-Take celebrations in the Family Room at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital, RMHC continues to hold a special place in each of our hearts as we strive to find new and exciting ways to serve their cause. So far this semester, we have assisted with RMHC’s Annual Red Jacket Classic Golf Tournament, raised hundreds of dollars in gift cards for the Pack-a-Smile bagged lunch program, and are looking forward to serving at their Clay Shoot in November.

On Friday, November 25, 2021, the Beta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Delta Pi hosted its first Boot Scootin' Barbeque to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbia and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. The event included live country music, a cash bar, unlimited BBQ, and a silent auction. We cannot wait to make this our annual philanthropy event!
