Recruitment is a time that brings self-discovery, new friendships, and the beginning of a lifelong sisterhood.
Dear Potential New Members,

I am so overjoyed to have the privilege to serve as your 2026 Vice President of Primary Recruitment! I cannot wait for the opportunity to welcome you into our chapter and share the amazing experience that is Alpha Delta Pi. Our chapter is built on the foundation of our core values: sisterhood, leadership, scholarship, and service. Being an ADPi means belonging to a group of women who inspire and uplift one another, celebrate each other's victories, and provide unwavering support during challenges. Joining a chapter on campus is not just about finding a sense of belonging; it is about finding a community that will motivate you to grow, lead, and be your genuine self. At Alpha Delta Pi, we pride ourselves on fostering an environment where our members have the confidence to thrive both personally and as a whole.

Our goal is to get to know you as your authentic, genuine self, make you feel welcomed into our chapter, and see a glimpse into what ADPi represents and upholds. I’m so excited for the opportunity to connect with each of you and see the incredible energy and perspectives you bring to our chapter. As you prepare for recruitment, try not to let the process intimidate you. Remember, you will end up exactly where you are meant to be. This experience is as much about you finding the right home as it is about us finding new sisters to welcome into our family!

Dear Potential New Members,

Welcome to the beginning of an incredible journey! We are so excited to serve as your Directors of New Member Experience for 2026. We know that this experience can be overwhelming, but we challenge you to tackle it with an open heart and to soak in every moment as it is sooo worth it in the end!

From the moment we stepped into ADPI during recruitment last year, we knew that we had found a place where we could grow and become the best version of ourselves. Since then, Alpha Delta Pi has given us lifelong friendships with women who make you laugh until you cry, pick you up when you’re at your lowest, and celebrate you through every achievement and milestone. These are the friendships we dreamed of our whole life, and they’ve made our college experience everything we hoped it would be and more.

We’ve been in your shoes and getting to now walk alongside you through this journey is something we’re truly so excited about. As you take this step, lean into the experience, step out of your comfort zone, and trust the process. We will be here every step of the way to guide, support, and cheer you on.
